Sarah and Casey

Sarah and Casey got married on a beautiful August day at the Hartselle Church of Christ, which is one of the most beautiful churches we have ever had the pleasure of decorating.  When consulting with Sarah about her wedding flowers, she had three requests: 1) make it bright 2) keep it simple 3) use a lot of blue.  So we created a bouquet of blue hydrangea, purple scabiosa, hot pink roses, crespedia and blue eryngium, with a collar of weeping potocarpus and lily grass loops.

The church altar was decorated with one large arrangement on top of the brick wall and flanked by two on either side.  We used a variety of different flowers and colors.

 Casey wore a yellow rose
boutonniere with a purple
scabiosa bloom, accented with
potocarpus.

Sarah's bridesmaid's carried bouquets of blue hydrangea, stargazer lilies, pin cushion protea, green cymbidium orchids, and yellow roses.

The reception, held in the church's beautiful reception hall, was so colorful and fun!!  Each table was topped with a satin aqua table cloth, a mirrored charger, and 4 vases of assorted colors, each with a different variety and color flower.

Amazing cake (and catering!) provided by The Corner Bakery.  We topped the cake in a variety of roses, pink cushion protea, hot pink rose petals, and mont breesia.

Congratulations to Sarah and Casey Bradley!!  Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your special day!!

And a very big thank you to April at April Stanley Photography for providing us with these awesome shots!!

Tiffany and Drew

Though the weather didn't quite cooperate for Tiffany and Drew's wedding, it turned out to still be a spectacular day.  Tiffany wanted a beautiful and simple wedding with a few rustic touches in the flowers.  She carried a bouquet of beautiful Sarah Bernhardt peonies, based with blue hydrangea, and accented with baby's breath, seeded eucalyptus pink rice flower, and pepper berries.

Drew's boutonniere of baby's breath, and several different varieties of foliage, tied with twine.

The reception was amazing! So soft but still just a little rustic.  Tiffany brought in several boxes of vases for each table.  Each table had one larger vase and assorted other drinking glasses all mixed together creating a very quaint and intimate feel.

The head table was so pretty!!  Large blue vases in the center with beautiful silver and blue and white pillar candlesticks surrounded by votive cups.

 Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Johnson!!!

Thank you, Tiffany and Drew, for allowing Simpson's to be a part of your special day!
And a huge thanks to April from April Stanley Photography for providing the amazing pictures!!  They are wonderful!!

Trevor and Alyssa

This lovely couple was married at the beautiful location of Tate Farms in Meridianville.  Alyssa's flowers popped against the beautiful background of crops growing in the fields.  She carried a bouquet full of yellow garden roses, crespedia, dusty miller and 7 different varieties of echeveria.

Alyssa's bridesmaids carried cute little organic bouquets of crespedia, yarrow, and dusty miller.  Each bouquet was wrapped in burlap linen and featured a Disney princess pendant.

Trevor wore a boutonniere with a silver echeveria and crespedia, tied with twine.

Now comes the super cute part!!  Both Alyssa and Trevor are pharmacists.  So what better way to theme the reception than with antique pharmacy and medical supplies!!!  We have beakers and test tubes filled with botanicals and accented with old medicine bottles.

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds!!!

And of course, you can't get married (or even visit) Tate Farms with out a jump on the big orange pillow!!!  Could they have coordinated a more perfect sunset to match the pillow and the bridesmaid dresses???  I think not!

Thank you, Trevor and Alyssa for letting Simpson's be a part of your day.  And a huge thanks to Shelly and Josh of Smith Square Photography for providing these amazing pictures!!!!
